Job Summary

SysMind Tech is seeking a highly skilled Video Content Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our digital supply chain content engineering team, you will be responsible for the technical operations and support of audio and video products, with a focus on live streaming and HLS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues related to live streams and post-event asset processing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical groups and customers to address support issues and requests
  • Monitor and troubleshoot the content ingestion/encoding pipeline for all Apple Media Products
  • Conduct technical analysis of incidents, perform root cause investigation, and review with technical teams
  • Communicate with production teams to plan for systems resources and track time-sensitive content
  • Analyze workflows, file detailed bug reports, and provide QA test plans
Requirements
  • Minimum BS in computer science, engineering, or related experience
  • Experience diagnosing technical issues, with SQL, XML, and digital media files
  • Familiarity with the video ecosystem and delivery of large-scale video
  • Experience with live video services, Java programming, and scripting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to understand technical concepts, and communicate with non-technical customers
