Role Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Intern, you will:
  • Oversee processes and procedures that enhance customer satisfaction, quality, fulfillment, and material productivity savings. Your role will involve working in a manufacturing setting to assess and pinpoint areas for enhancement and executing these improvements. You may also collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate production quality. Utilizing LEAN manufacturing principles will be key in driving enhancements throughout the production area. Additionally, you will maintain and expand your technical knowledge of current standards, codes, and procedures for the safe and effective operation of production equipment.
  • As a Sourcing Intern, your responsibilities will include: Achieving the most cost-effective solutions for materials while ensuring optimal quality and scheduling needs. You will solicit and assess proposals, employing negotiation and cost analysis techniques, and work with supporting organizations. You may also implement purchase contracts in accordance with company and governmental regulations, while evaluating current and future requirements.
Qualifications Required
  • Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in an engineering or supply chain discipline, such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Anticipated graduation years: December 2025, May or December 2026, May 2027.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must possess reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to work in a designated location.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
