Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects for clients, including state transportation departments.
- Foster strong client relationships through collaborative efforts.
- Assess and implement regulatory standards in transportation applications.
- Develop and execute solutions tailored to project requirements.
- Ensure project completion within designated timelines and budgets.
- Expertise in Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Capability to devise comprehensive and innovative solutions for transportation challenges.
- Experience in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Transportation Engineering is preferred.
- Engineer-in-Training Certification is required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred.
- Experience with state transportation projects is advantageous.
- Proficiency in roadway design is preferred.
- Familiarity with MicroStation and InRoads/ORD is preferred.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills are essential.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend plans and instructions in English.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to use Outlook and SharePoint for team communication.
- Capability to navigate construction sites with varying terrain.
- Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment while on site.
