We are seeking a seasoned Contract Manager to join our team at Tidewater Staffing Solutions. The contract management function for our clients is responsible for negotiating and executing contracts, developing and implementing contract strategies, and leading/developing contract administrators.
- Must have:
- Seven plus years of directly related contract management experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting, including five years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA/BBA) in Business or a related discipline (ex: Management, Economics, Finance, Operations/Industrial Engineering).
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the contract management processes and all contract types (ex: FFP, FP + E, Cost-plus).
- Advanced knowledge of regulations and laws applicable to contracts.
- A working knowledge of US export compliance rules and regulations and be designated as an Empowered Official.
