Contracts Manager Qualifications:
- Seven or more years of contract management experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting, with at least five years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; an advanced degree like an MBA or MS is preferred.
- Contract management certification and other relevant certifications (e.g., CACM, CPCM, PMP) are advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of contract management processes, various contract types, and relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in negotiation, risk management, and legal principles related to contracts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
