Job Description

Job Summary:

SeaDream Yacht Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Representative to join our Inbound Sales & Service Team in our Plantation, Florida office. As a Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for generating revenue by closing yachting voyages from inbound inquiries and capitalizing on all sales initiatives. You will work with both Travel Advisors and Consumers to provide exceptional service and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell SeaDream Yacht Club voyages through Travel Advisors and Consumers.
  • Provide information about our yachts, destinations, itineraries, and policies to Travel Advisors and Consumers.
  • Achieve service level standards and revenue targets as regularly established/periodically updated by manager and participates in Quality Assurance reviews and sales/service training.
  • Provide exemplary pre- and post-booking service to Travel Advisors and guests. Handle objections, service requests, and navigate any service-related issues that may arise.
  • Maintain positive relationships with Travel Advisors and guests that encourages repeat business.
  • Follow prescribed sales & service paths, methodology, and use company scripts and methods to sell and service inbound business.
  • Communicate post-sale and voyage enhancement opportunities to Travel Advisors and guests as required.
  • Assist with other duties/projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to legally work in the US, and without sponsorship.
  • Local to the Ft Lauderdale / Plantation vicinity. There is no relocation or consideration for out-of-area candidates.
  • Available Monday through Friday and some Saturdays (possibly Sundays and some holidays).
  • Handle multiple tasks throughout the day.
  • Must speak, read, and write English fluently and have strong communication skills.
  • Must possess a courteous, positive, team-player attitude.
  • Must be experienced with MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
