Treatment Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team at TN Specialty Dental Services, PLLC. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and successful appointments of all new patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in setting up treatment rooms for new patient exams
  • Welcome new patients/parents promptly and ensure a positive experience
  • Verify new patient charts to ensure accurate information
  • Complete new patient paperwork and ensure compliance with HIPAA laws
  • Process new patient X-rays and provide accurate pricing information
  • Work with patients to set up comfortable monthly payments
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, fees, and other important information
  • Communicate with the Front Desk Coordinators to fill the schedule as needed
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of treatment coordinating experience
  • Self-motivated, organized, and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Great understanding of dental terminology
  • Excellent public relations skills
  • Ability to work well with patients and team
  • Commitment to delivering high-level customer service
