- Support and encourage multidisciplinary coordination of treatment to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, medical staff, and other departments to ensure coordinated efforts and optimal patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs to facilitate patient recovery and attainment of maximum physical potential.
- Educate patients on proper care and use of supports and performance of exercise programs.
- Collaborate with physicians to ensure comprehensive delivery of services and quality patient care.
- Participate in professional development through ongoing training and education.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred.
- Customarily a new graduate to at least five years of demonstrated experience in an orthopedic setting with use of modalities, therapeutic exercises, and isokinetic equipment.
- Ortho-outpatient experience, preferred.

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the state range of $83,000 to $89,980.00 annually, depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law.
