Female Substance Testing Specialist

Averhealth is actively seeking a FEMALE Substance Testing Specialist for our testing facility. This role is full-time, requiring between 35-45 hours of work each week.
Compensation:
$16.50 per hour, with an additional $75 bi-weekly attendance bonus for perfect attendance at scheduled shifts. We provide all employees with: Attendance Bonuses, Annual Uniform Reimbursement (scrubs), 401k with employer matching, guaranteed 1.25% salary increase every six months, Referral Bonuses, and immediate access to earned wages.
Full-time employees (working over 30 hours weekly) are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance with employer contributions.
Enjoy 3 weeks of paid time off in your first year. This position requires availability 7 days a week, primarily Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 6:00 PM, with some weekend and holiday shifts from 6:45 AM to 12:00 PM.
As a Substance Testing Specialist, you will operate within a Patient Care Center, conducting observed urine sample collections from our clients.
Your responsibilities will include checking in clients, performing sample collections, shipping samples to our laboratory, maintaining cleanliness in the center, and ensuring that clients are treated with respect and dignity.

Physical and Sensory Requirements:
The role requires mobility, including walking, climbing, sitting, standing, reaching, bending, lifting (minimum of 10 lbs), carrying, pushing, pulling, and fine motor skills. Candidates must be able to read, write, listen, and communicate clearly, understand and follow written and verbal instructions, drive a vehicle, and remain calm under pressure.
Prolonged sitting and/or standing is necessary. Proficiency in using computers, monitors, cell phones, mice, keyboards, and other office equipment is essential.
