Job Summary:

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Operations Management Trainee to join our team. As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee, you will be responsible for developing consumer and commercial customer solutions, managing our large inventory of world-class vehicles, and generating new business leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive process improvements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in sales, operations, and leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Results-oriented and detail-focused, with a strong work ethic and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicles, including a 26' box truck.
