Pediatric Urology Division Chief

Nemours Children's Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Division Chief of Pediatric Urology to lead our team of pediatric urologists. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, advancing our clinical and academic programs, and contributing to our mission of providing world-class pediatric healthcare.
About the Role- Lead a team of 5 pediatric urologists and support staff, including 3 medical assistants, 2 advanced practice nurses, and a physician assistant.
- Participate in daily clinical activities, including operating room procedures, consultations, fetal therapy meetings, and multidisciplinary clinics.
- Contribute to the education and training of urology residents and medical students from Thomas Jefferson University.
- Collaborate with our Nemours Surgical Outcomes Center to perform and support clinical and health services research in the division.
