Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Division Chief Open Rank Position

We are seeking an exceptional leader to serve as the Division Chief of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. As a key member of our Department of Pediatrics, you will be responsible for leading and expanding the division's clinical, education, and research activities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise clinical care in general pediatric ICU services, cardiac ICU care, and Pediatric Rapid Response Team
- Provide key support roles for patient transport of critically ill children from around the state and region
- Lead a robust ACGME-accredited fellowship training program
- Develop and support a rich array of outstanding health sciences research programs, centers, and resources
- MD or DO, board certified in Pediatrics and sub-board certification in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine
- Strong leadership, effective interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills
