Chief Information Technology Officer

As a System Administrator at Intelligent Technical Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite and remote IT support, ensuring our clients receive timely and effective technical assistance.
- Handle a range of tasks, from system updates to hands-on troubleshooting, to maintain our high standards of IT service.
- Resolve technical issues with little or no assistance, including workstation operating system issues, printer issues, and advanced server issues.
- Escalate technical issues to technicians as needed.
Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT Support or a similar role.
- Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
- Experience with server management, including Server 2012 to 2022.
- Experience with virtualization, including VMWare and Hyper V.
- Proficient in supporting MS Office, Adobe, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client visits.
