At TripleNet Technologies, we are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to provide administrative support to our department. This is a temporary position that is expected to last 2-3 months, working 40 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process Infractions: Investigate infractions committed by community transit vehicle drivers and prepare responsive paperwork for submission to the court.
  • Process Invoices: Verify receipt of invoices, process paperwork, and audit invoices on a monthly basis.
  • Credit Card/P Card Reconciliation: Reconcile credit card and P-card statements to ensure accurate records.
  • Gathering Information: Research and compile data, statistics, and samples for review and evaluation, and prepare regular reports.
  • Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements for department employees, including reservations, confirmations, and travel advances.
  • Purchasing Requests: Manage purchasing requests, process purchase orders, and prepare purchase documents.
Requirements:
  • Proficient Microsoft Office User: Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Administrative Experience: Two years of administrative experience, preferably in a Washington state government agency.
  • Professional Demeanor: Possess a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
Compensation:

The salary for this position is $24.12 per hour, and we estimate the annual salary to be around $50,000 based on a 40-hour workweek.
