Job Overview

Smile Creations PC is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our hygiene department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough and gentle dental hygiene services to patients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience.
  • Collaborate with our dental team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, discussing options and educating patients on oral health and treatment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in oral health and treatment, continually expanding your knowledge and skills to provide the highest level of care.
  • Act as a patient liaison, ensuring seamless communication and a warm, welcoming experience for all patients.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our practice by actively participating in team meetings, sharing ideas, and taking initiative to improve processes and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Excellent chair-side manner, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to take initiative, anticipate patient needs, and project a positive, professional image.
  • Eaglesoft experience and a strong understanding of hygiene department KPIs.
