Compensation:

$40,000 - $60,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering outstanding service to our clients
  • Engaging with clients regarding loan conditions and updates through phone or video communication
  • Acquiring knowledge of investor guidelines, lending policies, and the necessary documentation, policies, and procedures of Madison Mortgage Services Inc.
  • Utilizing analytical skills to conduct detailed loan assessments and provide effective underwriting alternatives to your team
  • Enhancing computer proficiency, including internet navigation
  • Balancing multiple priorities while fostering relationships with clients
