Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our team at Consumers Credit Union. As a Loan Processor, you will be responsible for processing and funding approved loan packages, working closely with sales team members and vendors to ensure timely and accurate completion of loan files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process loan files, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Build relationships with vendors and sales staff to establish a strong connection and ensure smooth loan processing.
  • Process related documentation and evaluate funded loans to ensure required documentation has been acquired.
  • Work out of a LOS (loan origination system) to keep track of files and pull necessary data.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1 year of experience in loan processing or related positions in industries such as Insurance, Real Estate, Title Companies, Lending, or related financial institutions.
  • Time management and organizational skills - must have the ability and drive to meet deadlines.
  • Enthusiasm to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Loan Origination Systems or related.
