Client Relations Specialist

The Client Relations Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for resort members, addressing inquiries regarding their memberships, facilitating reservations at our network of camping resorts, and assisting in trip planning through available affiliate programs. This is a full-time role.

Midwest Outdoor Resorts operates as a membership-based camping organization with locations in various states. This position is situated at one of our resorts.

The Client Relations Specialist will manage the main communication line, providing assistance with reservations and general membership inquiries. Comprehensive training will be provided on the different membership types and the affiliate programs available to members. It is essential to document all interactions with members in the designated software.

This role also involves handling reservation calls for all camping resorts under the Midwest Outdoor Resorts umbrella.

Additionally, the department organizes membership events during the summer at each resort, offering opportunities for direct engagement with members.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:
