Client Intake Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Intake Coordinator to join our team at Wilshire Law Firm. As a key member of our intake department, you will be responsible for responding to questions from potential clients, gathering and documenting relevant information, and working with the firm's intake management team to determine the viability of potential cases.
About the Position
This position offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $47,840 to $56,160, depending on experience. Additionally, this role is bonus-eligible when targets are met. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from potential clients, gathering and documenting relevant information.
- Collaborate with the firm's intake management team to determine the viability of potential cases.
- Develop customized sales strategies to meet monthly goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the firm's database.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience in sales, customer service, or call center.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills required, including the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive.
- Ability to multi-task and type at least 40 wpm while speaking with potential clients.
