Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate CNA to work in our Float Pool. In this role, you will have the opportunity to train on various Med Surg floors, Telemetry units, and high acuity settings within our Magnet designated hospital and level 1 Trauma Center. This position offers a unique chance to expand your knowledge base, sharpen your skill set, and practice in highly sought-after specialties such as pediatrics and Mother/Baby care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform various service duties and technical tasks under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse.
  • Take vital signs and assist patients with basic hygiene and activities of daily living.
  • Consider the special needs and behaviors of specific patient populations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A High school diploma or GED.
  • A current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
  • BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $42,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
