About the Role:

The Certified Nursing Assistant - Acute Care is responsible for assisting patients with basic hygiene and daily living activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Taking vital signs and reporting any changes to the nurse
  • Helping patients with mobility and transferring them safely
  • Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A current state license as a Certified Nursing Assistant
  • BLS certification or willingness to obtain it within 30 days
  • 0-6 months of CNA experience
