About the Role

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, Maine Medical Center offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Nurse will be responsible for:

  • Delivering direct patient care and support
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
  • Conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Maine
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of the research base, theory, practices, principles, and processes of professional nursing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
