The successful candidate will have two years of relevant clinical experience and a strong background in communication, organization, prioritization, and planning.

The position is available Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with the possibility of working additional shifts as needed. A Registered Nurse license from the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners is required, along with CPR, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications. Additionally, applicants should be familiar with hospital concepts, practices, and procedures.

Estimated Annual Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 based on location and experience.

About the Role:

As an ER RN Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling employee shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Coordinating admitting and discharge functions to optimize patient flow
  • Maintaining efficient use of hospital resources
  • Assigning patients to appropriate health practitioners
  • Performing administrative tasks as necessary

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with a Texas RN license
  • Two years of relevant clinical experience, with one to three years in a supervisory position preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, prioritization, and planning skills
  • CPR, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications
