**Salary Range:** $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
**Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to oversee the provision of quality care to our residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that each resident receives personalized care that promotes their physical, mental, and psychological well-being.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams. They will also possess strong clinical knowledge and be able to assess and address any changes in resident condition.

Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
