Job Title: Digital Product Owner Sales

Lennox International is seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Owner to join our team. As a Digital Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in guiding the development of our products by prioritizing features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the product meets the needs of both customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively communicate the product vision and strategy to the technology team, ensuring seamless alignment with overarching business goals.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring its alignment with the overall product strategy and key business priorities.
  • Orchestrate feature development in DevOps and provide guidance to business analysts for crafting clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Cultivate robust technical relationships with vendors and serve as the product representative throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the development team to plan and prioritize releases, ensuring timely delivery of the most valuable features.
  • Define acceptance criteria, actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide sign-off once delivered features meet the specified requirements.
  • Communicate the product roadmap, release plans, and feature updates to both internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering transparency and understanding.
  • Identify and proactively manage risks related to product development and delivery, implementing measures to mitigate potential issues.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and optimizing the product development process for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of delivered features, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience managing enterprise products or projects or relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, etc.) or combination of experience and education.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
