Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for managing large-scale digital transformation programs, including customer education, process definition, relationship building, on-site implementation workshop delivery, and project management meeting facilitation. As a strategic partner, you will influence decisions for the future and drive organizational change management and end-user training for large-scale Oracle Platform implementation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end execution of digital transformation initiatives, focusing on the Lead to Cash process, working across global regions, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive plans, including communication, change management, and training plans, risk plan aligned with Oracle platform go-live and future updates.
  • Coordinate across internal teams (SI, product, operations) and external stakeholders to ensure successful integration of new Oracle systems into existing business processes.
  • Facilitate on-site and remote workshops for user training.
  • Ensure multi-departmental collaboration, working with operations, finance, sales, and marketing teams to integrate Oracle functionalities into business workflows.
  • Serve as the key customer liaison, ensuring client needs are prioritized, escalations are managed effectively, and project progress is communicated regularly.
  • Prepare and manage the handover process to account management for ongoing support after Oracle platform implementation.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of overall experience with at least experience of driving organization readiness in 2 large-scale digital transformation programs.
  • 4+ years of experience managing large-scale digital transformation programs, particularly in the Oracle ERP environment.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-stakeholder projects, coordinating across functions like finance, sales, operations, and IT.
