As a Technical Support Engineer at Dynatrace, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers. Your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues will be invaluable in helping our clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Dynatrace products and services to provide accurate and timely support.
  • Identify and report technical issues and trends to inform product development and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of related technical work experience supporting/developing Python or other OOPL based applications.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant technical related experience or training.
  • 1+ years of experience working with SaaS applications and infrastructure technologies.

Preferred Requirements:

  • 3+ years of related technical work experience supporting/developing Python based applications.
  • Experience with software support and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Python framework(s) (i.e. Django, Flask, etc.).
  • Experience writing and debugging complex Python applications.
  • Exposure to Java (JMX and PMI), .NET Development, or other programming languages.
  • Experience with database technologies (MS SQL, Oracle, IBM DB2).
  • Exposure to Prometheus scraping.
  • Exposure to SNMP.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting.
  • Relevant industry certification with a focus on Python (ex. Python Certified Entry-level Programmer, Certified Professional in Python Programming, etc.).

This position will work in a 2-day per week Hybrid Schedule from the Denver office.

Additional Information:

Salary DOE is $75K - $85K, DOE, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education and location.
