Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee foreign currency risk for a diverse, multi-faceted FX hedge portfolio, including cash flow hedging, balance sheet hedging, and net investment hedging.
  • Identify currency exposures and formulate effective hedging strategies.
  • Engage with FX banking partners to facilitate transactions.
  • Evaluate hedging performance and investigate any discrepancies or anomalies.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the cash management team to address global liquidity requirements.
  • Work in partnership with internal departments such as accounting, tax, legal, and external advisors.
  • Assist with additional Treasury projects and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in Treasury, Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High integrity, initiative, motivation, and curiosity.
  • Articulate, dependable, and organized team player.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Professional certifications such as MBA, CPA, CFA, or experience in the FX industry are advantageous.

The compensation range for this position in Seattle is between $82,500 and $115,000, with the potential to reach up to $132,000 based on sustained performance.
