Job Summary

As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst Lead at Starbucks Coffee Company, you will be responsible for strategizing, leading, and executing end-to-end integration and performance testing for various complex programs and initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of software quality assurance principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement automation and performance testing frameworks to support integration SOA web services.
  • Write functional and automated/performance tests and test harnesses for applications and services under test.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of test cases, ensuring that they are comprehensive and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure proper development and quality of service applications and products.
  • Participate in tool analysis, create proof of concept models, and make recommendations to support the tools selection process.
  • Develop and manufacture test data needed for execution or database population.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a software quality assurance analyst or related role.
  • 5 years of experience in quality assurance testing related to release management.
  • 5 years of experience in data-driven test automation.
  • 4 years of experience in designing and developing test automation.
  • 4 years of experience in key QA metrics and defect management.
  • 4 years of experience in testing end-to-end HCM process using SAP or Success Factors.
  • 3 years of experience in programmatically testing products, measuring test coverage, profiling, and performance/load testing tools.
  • 3 years of experience as a quality assurance lead delivering large enterprise SaaS projects.
  • 3 years of experience in industry-standard QA practices for both Agile and Iterative SDLC.
  • 3 years of experience in developing high-quality automation.
  • 3 years of experience in working with Jira, including custom filters and dashboards.
  • 2 years of experience in each of the following programming languages: Python and Selenium.
  • 2 years of experience in developing or working with open-source automation tools and frameworks.

What We Offer
  • Full-time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
  • Pay Range: $152,443 - $190,900 per year.
  • Telecommuting permitted up to 40% per week.
