Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
- Participate in patient and family education, promoting health and wellness
- Support the activities of clinical personnel, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, ADN; BSN strongly preferred
- Current New York State Professional Nurse License
- Required to obtain BLS within first 3 months of employment
- Meets and is current and competent with all New York State licensure requirements
May be exposed to disagreeable conditions, including odors, communicable diseases, and injuries from patients or equipment.
