About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and achieve optimal physical function.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to establish personalized treatment plans and home programs.
- Administer patient treatment plans, utilizing a range of physical therapy techniques and modalities as needed.
- Monitor patient progress, updating and modifying treatment plans as necessary to meet individual goals.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families/caregivers on physical therapy procedures and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or PhD in PT preferred).
- Active and clear NYS PT license or temporary permit following NYS Practice Act guidelines.
- BLS certification (current or scheduled).
- Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure practice as a Physical Therapist (new grads welcome).

Pay Range
$39.00 - $52.00 per hour
