We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their mobility and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to establish personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Administer physical therapy treatments, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions, to help patients achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on physical therapy techniques and self-care strategies.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of care.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active and clear NYS PT license or temporary permit following NYS Practice Act guidelines.
- BLS (current or scheduled).
- Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure practice as a Physical Therapist, although new grads are welcome.
