Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to join our team at Public Storage. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our storage facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability, and make recommendations to customers on storage solutions.
- Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Assist customers with payments and make reminder and collection calls as needed.
- Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds and spend up to 50% of time in outdoor environments.
- A competitive hourly rate of $14.00.
