About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Volvo Car Sales Consultant to join our team at DARCARS Automotive Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new and used cars, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner
  • Follow DARCARS' approach to selling, including greeting customers with a welcoming attitude, listening to their needs, and describing vehicle operations and features
  • Work with finance teams to obtain financing and complete necessary paperwork
  • Arrange for vehicle delivery and registration
  • Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain knowledge of brands and products, including features, specifications, pricing, options, and standard equipment
  • Develop and maintain a future prospect and customer follow-up system
  • Participate in required brand and DARCARS training
  • Utilize online digital retailing selling tools and video tools to assist customers virtually
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills with customers and DARCARS employees
  • Ability to speak multiple languages (Spanish and Chinese) is a plus
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service
  • Comfortable using video tools, Facetime, etc., to assist customers
  • Requires the ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
  • Previous sales experience preferred but not required
  • Requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a team player
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, evenings and weekends
  • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable safe driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background)
