We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at CAFE YUMM. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Business Plans: Assist in creating and implementing business plans that cover CPG sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Expand Retail Product Line Offerings: Manage the expansion of our retail product line offerings into grocery stores, CAFE YUMM restaurants, and direct mail.
  • Meet Sales Goals and Objectives: Meet planned CPG sales goals and objectives, and recommend monthly, quarterly, and annual CPG sales targets.
  • Track and Report Sales Results: Track CPG sales goals and report results, and assist in identifying emerging markets and market shifts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Department: Collaborate with the Marketing Department to increase sales within existing and new markets.
  • Manage Department Budget: Manage department budget and track expenditures, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet department sales objectives.
  • Develop and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures: Manage and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures for the department.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience, and at least 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, or another related field.
  • Managerial Experience: At least one year managerial, supervisory, or project management experience.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the grocery retail industry is preferred (sales, buyer, broker, etc.).
