Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Global Market Development Managers and Biosciences Division business partners to plan and execute digital marketing tactics across programmatic display, paid social media, and external vendors.
  • Develop and implement a customer-centric approach to guide the customer journey from awareness to consideration to conversion.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and results, providing actionable insights and recommendations to business partners.
  • Facilitate and quality-check changes and optimizations made by business partners.
  • Drive customer engagement through targeted and intentional digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage an eight-figure marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify innovative digital marketing capabilities and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in life science or related field.
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as Adobe Ad Cloud and social media networks.
  • Strong analytical skills in Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, or similar analytics platform.
  • Experience managing large budgets and driving to 100% of budget commitments.
  • Collaboration and communication skills to work with multiple business partners and stakeholders.
