Key Responsibilities:- Utilize your expertise in specific aspects of a Product Service Line (PSL) technology and services portfolio to educate clients, operations teams, and business development on the features, advantages, and benefits of our solutions.
- Accountable for the execution of delivery under broad direction.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of casing equipment tools and their operations.
- Identify customer technical needs through product knowledge and geographical insights, assisting the business development team in pursuing opportunities through customer engagement and workshops.
- Provide technical recommendations for proposal preparation and assist in diagnosing and communicating solutions delivery issues.
- Help establish strategic direction by understanding local customer business drivers and technical challenges, executing up-sell strategies within your designated area.
- Collaborate with PSL, regional business development, and technical teams to identify opportunities for profitable revenue growth and stay informed about available technologies.
- Contribute to PSL technology project priorities based on market understanding and customer needs.
- Implement tactical action plans as directed by management.
- Ensure compliance with quality directives and best practices in all operations.
A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy services industry, preferably in a field role.
