Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with diverse teams to grasp healthcare business needs and convert them into viable business growth opportunities.

- Serve as a bridge between healthcare stakeholders and IT departments to ensure clear communication and alignment of goals.

- Keep abreast of industry developments, regulations, and best practices in the healthcare sector to support informed strategic decisions.


- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to inform stakeholders about new IT solutions, ensuring their successful integration within the healthcare framework.

- Identify and implement enhancements to resources that promote operational efficiencies within the organization.

- Analyze business challenges impacting digital assets and core systems, proposing strategic solutions for execution.

Qualifications:
- Strong focus on business development within the healthcare sector and a knack for sales.

- Experience in formulating Go-to-Market strategies, including demand capture and creation.

- Exceptional relationship-building abilities.

- Proven capability to set targets and drive strategic initiatives to meet revenue and operational objectives.


- Background in cross-functional solution architecture and development, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality IT solutions for health insurance providers.


- Comprehensive understanding of healthcare insurance systems, including knowledge of various insurance plans (e.g., HMOs, PPOs, Medicare, Medicaid) and their requirements.

- Proficient in healthcare insurance concepts such as member enrollment, claims processing, denial management, care management, and clinical support.


- Familiarity with healthcare regulations like HIPAA, ACA, and state-specific insurance laws, including the ability to stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with industry standards.


Stakeholder Management:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and policyholders.

- Capability to tackle complex challenges and make data-driven decisions to enhance healthcare insurance operations.

- Experience in responding to RFIs and RFPs.

- Commitment to staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare insurance.

- Ability to lead and manage a large team.

Preferred Qualifications:


- At least 13 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of healthcare processes, regulations, and challenges.

- Experience in developing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the quality of insurance services is advantageous.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex healthcare scenarios and propose innovative technology-driven solutions.

- Certification in relevant healthcare IT systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech) is beneficial.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles is desirable. Excellent collaboration, influencing, and consensus-building skills are essential. Ability to work effectively with individuals across various job functions (e.g., product, program, developers, etc.).
