Responsibilities:

Serve as a bridge between healthcare stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of goals.
Remain informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the healthcare sector to guide strategic decision-making.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to inform stakeholders about new IT solutions and guarantee successful integration within the healthcare framework.
Recognize challenges impacting the business that could influence digital assets/core systems and devise strategic solutions for execution.
Qualifications:
Strong focus on business development within the healthcare sector and a knack for sales.
Experience in crafting Go-to-Market strategies - Demand capture and creation.
Exceptional relationship-building skills.
Capability to set targets and drive strategic plans to meet revenue and operational objectives.
Experience in cross-functional solution architecture and development, aimed at delivering high-quality IT solutions for health insurance entities.
Comprehensive understanding of healthcare insurance and systems, including familiarity with various insurance plan types and their requirements.
Awareness of healthcare regulations including HIPAA, ACA, and state-specific insurance regulations, along with a commitment to staying updated on regulatory changes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Stakeholder Management:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and policyholders.
Ability to tackle complex challenges and make data-driven decisions to optimize healthcare insurance operations.
Experience in responding to RFIs and RFPs.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare insurance.
Ability to lead and manage a large team.
Good to Have:
Minimum of 13 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a profound understanding of healthcare processes, regulations, and challenges.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex healthcare scenarios and propose innovative technology-driven solutions.
Certification in relevant healthcare IT systems is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles is desirable. Excellent collaboration, influencing, and consensus-building skills. Ability to work with individuals across all job functions.
