Role Overview:


In the role of Equipment Assembly Specialist at Flowserve, you will be tasked with the construction, assembly, and refurbishment of equipment to guarantee peak performance.

This position is designated for a Weekend A shift from 4AM to 4PM.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Machine Operation: Operate basic machinery and perform routine tasks.
  • Operational Management: Execute operational duties by adhering to established protocols.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the upkeep and repair of equipment by providing necessary support.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment: Follow essential work instructions to protect the environment and ensure personal and team safety.
  • Compliance: Adhere to mandatory procedures to maintain quality standards and comply with regulatory codes.
  • Communication: Engage in courteous interactions to exchange information with colleagues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Verbal Communication: Demonstrates clear and effective communication skills to convey ideas and request actions.
  • Planning and Organization: Works with guidance to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives efficiently.
  • Policy Understanding: Understands policies and procedures while ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.

  • Equipment Utilization: Strives to optimize the use of production equipment and materials.
  • Computer-Aided Design (CAD): Operates at a basic level to perform CAD tasks.
  • High School Diploma or GED and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
