Compensation: The anticipated salary for this role ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 annually. This range is a good-faith estimate based on the qualifications required for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other legally permissible considerations. Factors influencing the offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, expected work quality and quantity, and internal pay alignment as necessary. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the pay range. Alongside competitive monetary compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of associates at the facility.
  • Lead the shift, including conducting shift meetings, discussing safety topics, and monitoring production metrics.
  • Evaluate associate performance and provide training to address any performance-related issues.
  • Ensure the development and implementation of a robust safety program by the onsite team.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Guarantee compliance with interviewing, orientation, and payroll policies among all onsite personnel.
  • Monitor recruitment data and financial forecasting.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports on the findings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
  • 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Adept at solving complex problems, including financial challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
