  • Refer clients to relevant services and supports, including therapy, case management, and psychosocial rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate with clients and their families to develop and implement crisis plans and plans of care.
  • Provide training and education to clients and their families on behavioral, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Assist clients in understanding their treatment options and navigating the mental health system.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of experience working with children with complex emotional needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
