Job Summary:

As a Senior Receivables Specialist at Western Alliance Bank, you will play a critical role in supporting the Bank's Receivable Operation. You will be responsible for capturing remittance information using efficient technology, transferring information to output files and reporting, and working with a team of Receivable Processors to expedite collections of payments and the posting of payment information. Your key responsibilities will include data entry, basic quality control, balancing/reconciliation of deposits, and ensuring a high level of customer service and providing a professional, prompt and accurate banking experience.

Responsibilities:

* Capture remittance information using efficient technology
* Transfer information to output files and reporting
* Work with a team of Receivable Processors to expedite collections of payments and the posting of payment information
* Perform data entry and basic quality control
* Balance and reconcile deposits

Requirements:

* High School diploma or GED required
* Ability to 10 key by touch and perform alphanumeric data entry with a high level of accuracy
* Good general communication skills
