Position Overview:

Due to our rapid expansion, we are seeking a Senior/Staff MLOps Engineer to join our Infrastructure Engineering team. This role is crucial in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models efficiently, promoting innovation and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate data democratization within EvenUp, ensuring standardized access to data resources to enhance our data product development capabilities.
  • Design and implement the future architecture for data model delivery at EvenUp.
  • Support our Data Science team in swiftly iterating on model experimentation.
  • Develop and refine data storage strategies to minimize development challenges for our technical teams.
  • Collaborate with various teams to address significant data challenges.
  • Continuously assess model performance using relevant metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience.
  • Experience in creating automated data warehousing solutions, data pipelines, and internal analytics in a production setting.
  • Strong expertise in data tools and systems, including DBT, BigQuery, and Elasticsearch.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
  • Proven track record of developing high-quality software and infrastructure.
  • Passion for overseeing projects from inception to completion.
  • Commitment to promoting fairness and justice in our work.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and frameworks in MLOps, such as Prometheus, Grafana, or TensorBoard.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in planning and executing large-scale data migrations.
  • Established analytics tools to support cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge in legal technology and handling unstructured data.
  • Experience with sensitive data management and anonymization techniques.
