- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data integration, ETL development, or a similar role.
- Strong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as SQL, Python, or Java.
- Experience with ETL tools and technologies (e.g., Talend, Informatica, SSIS).
- Knowledge of API development and management, including RESTful APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, and data quality best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data integration platforms (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory).
- Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working with large-scale data environments and big data technologies.
