As a Design Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in helping our clients transform their homes and workplaces with our custom window treatments./ppbKey Responsibilities:/b/pulliMatch our products and services to client needs/liliClosing appointments by demonstrating our unique Value Proposition and building trust and credibility/liliExecuting all systems and procedures to ensure client satisfaction and avoid order errors/liliMeasuring, recording, and configuring specifications accurately and efficiently/liliProviding high-level client service and follow-up in a friendly, professional, and timely manner/liliBeing flexible to the needs of the business, including appointment scheduling, time off requests, attending team meetings, and training/liliLiving our Core Values of Integrity, One Team, Excellence, Superior Client Experience, and Passion to Delight our Customers/liliUnderstanding and executing Company operating policies and procedures as outlined in the Team Handbook and other related communications/li/ulpbRequirements:/b/pulliCritical thinking and problem-solving skills/liliQuick learner who is adaptable, self-reliant, resourceful, and handles competing priorities/liliUnderstanding and carrying out oral and written instructions, and requesting clarification when needed/liliExpressing thoughts, ideas, concerns in a positive, respectful, and productive manner/liliWorking independently, but also functioning well as part of a team/liliHigh school degree or equivalent is required. Some college work is preferred/liliAvailability to work full-time five days per week, one being a weekend day/liliProficiency with using a PC and with Microsoft Windows-based programs/liliAbility to quickly learn and follow new technology processes and systems/liliReliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance/liliCan lift & carry up to 35 pounds/lili2-5 years relationship selling experience within either: in-home or outside sales, preferably in specialty or custom product/services, or retail environment – ideally in like field such as Home Décor/Furnishings/liliEducation or experience in Design and Decor preferred/liliExperience with POS Systems preferred/li/ulpbWhat's in it for you?/b/ppAs a Design Consultant with 3 Day Blinds, you can join our growing sales team with confidence.
