At Kendal Floral, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our team. As a Retail Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for representing our company by merchandising and selling fresh-cut flower bouquets and arrangements at Costco.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily inventory, including daily receivable counts and daily "outs"
  • Maintain cooler merchandising standards based on product schematic
  • Maintain quality requirements through daily "grooming" of product
  • Maintain a clean cooler and work area
  • Change water to ensure maintenance of quality standards
  • Provide sales and customer service support to Costco members
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with Costco team
  • Meet physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 20 lbs and standing/walking on an ongoing basis
Schedule Availability Requirements:
  • The On-Call position does not have a set schedule and will vary depending on business needs
  • Must be available a minimum of three days per week, while guaranteed at least eight hours per month
  • Must be flexible in order to work on short notice when called to cover for an illness/absence
  • Ability to work all holiday promotional weeks
