About the Role

As a Medicare Sales Representative at AMBA, you will play a vital role in helping seniors and individuals with disabilities navigate the complex world of Medicare. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible healthcare coverage for their needs and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with seniors and other eligible individuals to determine their Medicare benefits and choose a healthcare plan that meets their needs.
  • Meet with clients in their homes, online, or in community centers to explain the benefits of their current plans and policies and find solutions to their needs.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest Medicare regulations and products.
  • Meet sales targets and achieve performance-based compensation through commissions and residual income with lifetime vesting.
  • Potential to earn quarterly incentives/bonuses based on production.
Requirements
  • Medicare Advantage experience is a must.
  • Active California Life and Health Insurance License and AHIP Certification.
  • 2+ years related work experience - Medicare and/or Medicaid sales experience.
  • E&O insurance will be required upon contracting.
