About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medicare Sales Representative to join our team at AMBA. As a Medicare Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in helping seniors and individuals with disabilities navigate the complex world of Medicare and find the right healthcare plan to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with seniors and individuals with disabilities to determine their eligibility for Medicare benefits and choose a healthcare plan that meets their needs.
  • Meet with clients one-on-one to facilitate exceptional client relationships and provide personalized support.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest Medicare regulations and industry trends.
  • Utilize our comprehensive lead system to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Active California Life and Health Insurance License and AHIP Certification.
  • 2+ years of related work experience in Medicare and/or Medicaid sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
