Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Director, Operations and Growth to join our team at United Surgical Partners. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for overseeing the operations, finance, and partnership management of multiple ambulatory surgery centers in Southern California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual business plans for each facility, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Case Growth: Identify and implement strategies to increase case volume and EBITDA, including new physician recruiting and engagement with health systems and IPAs.
  • Leadership Development: Provide training and development opportunities for administrators, CEOs, and other leaders to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Partnership Management: Foster strong relationships with health system partners, physicians, and other stakeholders to drive growth and success.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the effective deployment of company initiatives, such as BeSafe and BeKind, to drive culture of safety and leadership.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum five years of experience in healthcare business development, operations, finance, and business consulting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with C-level healthcare partners, physicians, and other stakeholders.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000 annually, depending on location, qualifications, and experience. The position may also be eligible for an annual incentive plan bonus of 10%-25% and sign-on and relocation bonuses.
